Mid-year population estimates - 2025 (ONS)

The mid-year estimates are the ‘official’ source of data about population and relate to past trends. They provide an estimate of the population based on known data such as births, deaths, and estimates of migration flows. The Office for National Statistics (ONS) released the mid-2025 estimates on the 29 July 2026. The mid-year estimate for 2025 suggests Brent is home to around 352,200 residents.
