Universal Credit in Brent

This report provides a profile of residents who currently receive Universal Credit (UC) in Brent. UC is a means-tested benefit for working age households which helps with living costs for those on lower incomes and is available for those in or out of work. The report is based on data extracted from the Department of Work and Pension's Stat-Xplore website.

An interactive ward tool has been produced to accompany the research report. This enables users to view more detailed information on UC at ward level, and to see how wards compare against each other on a range of indicators. The data that underpins the ward tool has been made available in table format below. The tables also provide UC data for Brent’s five Brent Connects areas.
